From November 29, 2024, to December 19, 2024, we invite you to the public consultations for the “Safe Vistula” project. Below are the locations and times of meetings in Sandomierz, Szczurowa, Koszyce, and Padew Narodowa.
During the consultations, four meetings dedicated to the project will be held on the following dates and at the following locations:
- Sandomierz, December 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM (Hotel Basztowy)
- Szczurowa, December 10, 2024, at 4:00 PM (Dance Hall)
- Koszyce, December 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM (Concert Hall of the First Degree Music School)
- Przykop, Padew Narodowa commune, December 12, 2024, at 4:00 PM (Village Hall)
The State Water Management Authority Wody Polskie RZGW in Kraków invites all residents interested in flood safety. During the consultation meetings, the “Safe Vistula” action program will be presented. Experts who prepared the study will be available to answer questions. Attendees will have the opportunity to review the documentation, which will also be available during the public consultations at: www.bezpiecznawisla.pl/konsultacje.
Soon, on the website www.bezpiecznawisla.pl, we will provide information on how and where to submit applications and comments on the documents being consulted.
The “Safe Vistula” project is referred to in official documents by its full name: “Program of retention measures as part of flood risk management in the Upper Western Vistula and Upper Eastern Vistula river basin between Kraków and Zawichost. During the consultations, both the program project and the Environmental Impact Forecast developed for it will be discussed.
